  • 240 grams butter

  • 220 g brown sugar / coconut sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 400 grams of flour

  • 12 g ground spices mixture

The mixture of spices

  • Prepare mixture and store in a jar for the following cookies

  • 100 g ground cinnamon

  • 20 g ground nutmeg

  • 20 grams ground ginger

  • 15 grams of mushy

  • 10 grams ground pepper

  • 10 g ground cloves


  • Combine the sugar and butter with eggs using your hands or an electric mixer.

  • Incorporate the flour and the blend of spices into the mixture.

  • Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut it into squares or any desired shape.

  • Gently place the pieces on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.

  • Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C.
