240 grams butter
220 g brown sugar / coconut sugar
1 egg
400 grams of flour
12 g ground spices mixture

Prepare mixture and store in a jar for the following cookies
100 g ground cinnamon
20 g ground nutmeg
20 grams ground ginger
15 grams of mushy
10 grams ground pepper
10 g ground cloves
STEPS
Combine the sugar and butter with eggs using your hands or an electric mixer.
Incorporate the flour and the blend of spices into the mixture.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut it into squares or any desired shape.
Gently place the pieces on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C.
