What does yoga mean for me?
Yoga means union. A union between our divine self (our full potential) and between our reality. The essence of yoga is living to our full potential: what we all are longing for and are here for!
Bea Weiskircher
Yoga teacher, Pilates teacher. Inspired by vinyasa yoga and the work of Ana Forrest from Forrest Yoga. Undogmatic, holistic, and therapeutic approach to yoga and bodywork. Loves to work with bodies, emotions, energies.
What does yoga mean for me?
Yoga helps me to dive deep into my mind and my body. It's my compass on my journey to my inner self, my source, my essence.
Yoga constantly transforms me and my mindset, my worldview. Like the Journey begins when I leave my comfort zone – the asana begins when you want to leave it.
