At the heart of Germany, in a peaceful, green and lush natural location, amongst gentle hills and quiet woodlands of the Werra Meissner natural reserve, Gaia has hosted hundreds of various seminars over the past 31 years. If you are seeking a homey, secluded, intimate & quiet place to host your next seminar, Gaia is the perfect place for you.
The house can accommodate seminars that include up to 18 participants (plus up to 2 leaders). Gaia has 10 guest rooms (4 single, 3 double, 2 shared, and 1 privet suite for the leaders) divided between three floors and equipped with all of the essential facilities (see below). The seminar activities take place in our beautiful 75 square meter Garden Studio located on the ground floor.
Additionally, your seminar guests can enjoy our warm and inviting 'get-together' living room, located at the entrance of the house, with a beautiful brick fireplace available in the winter. We also have a TV living room located on the second floor.
For an additional small fee, you can enjoy our colorful cozy sauna area or use our laundry room, which is equipped with a new washer and dryer.

Seminar room, equipped with "Bose" sound system, CD player, LAN connection for computers, 1 piano, 16 Yoga mats, 12 Exercise mats, 28 seminar chairs, 20 warm blankets & 16 meditation pillows along with the garden view.
Guest Rooms
With 18 beds (4 single, 3 double, 2 shared & 1 privet suite) divided between two floors and equipped with all essential facilities.
Dining Room
A bright long table dining room that can accommodate up to 20 people with the green landscape view through its large windows.
Get Together Living Room
A homey living room decorated with wall art and comfortable furniture, along with a tiled fire stove to chill out.
TV living room
Homey furnished communal living room with a satellite TV of 400 channels in German and English (from the UK)
Sauna Area

A dry sauna accommodating up to 6 people, with a rest area
and showers, beautifully and colorfully decorated.
Laundry Room
