For the salad
4 medium avocados
1 peeled orange
1 peeled mandarin
Half cup pomegranate seeds
For the sauce
A quarter cup of olive oil
A tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
Pinch of salt
A pinch of dry chilly seasoning
STEPS
For the salad
Cut the avocado, orange and mandarin into squares Place in a bowl. Then add the pomegranate seeds.
For the Top
Mix all ingredients of the sauce in a closed container and stir well. Then pour it into the salad bowl.
