The location
Gaia is an international retreat house, set amongst gentle hills and quiet woodlands of the Meissner Geo-Naturpark Frau-Holle-Land, in the heart of Germany, 20 minutes drive from the city of Kassel.
The house offers a homey and intimate space to retreat from your hectic life into a supportive environment of wellness, self-discovery, and creativity.
You'll enjoy warm-hearted hospitality and an exceptionally exciting "love food"
made by your host to nourish your body & soul.

Does this offer fit all business industries?
Yes, design is a visual language, and we can help any business in any industry. You can always have a video call with Eran before making any decision, to introduce your project and feel if the interaction with him works for you.
We are two partners or a Startup company, can this fit us?
Yes, this can fit two partners or a Startup company (up to five persons). There will be an additional cost of €500 Including V.A.T. Tax per person to cover accommodation and food costs.
I can't arrive to Germany, but i like your offer, can i still work with you?
Yes, everyone can work with me no matter where you are located. We can schedule work flow via viedo calls and emails.
Do I get the copyright of the final design products?
Yes, you will get full rights to the final designed products as long as you did not make any changes to them without asking for written permission from the designer.
What if I have other marketing needs for my business?
If your business will need other things them flyer or folder, for its marketing, then we can adjust the work to your needs.
What if we don’t finish it all during this period?
Eran will make sure to finish everything within a range of 10 days after the retreat is over and will hand you all the visual materials.
What if I’m getting sick during the retreat?
You’ll get a good warm soup and loving attention until you heal. If it will be possible we will add days to the retreat with no extra cost, or reschedule the retreat to the nearest date possible.
What about marketing texts for the website and other marketing materials?
You should arrive here when you have basic text written. You’ll be guided before arrival on what to prepare. If you are not capable to write texts, i will be happy to connect you with a professional copywriter. You’ll have to discuss with him the price and pay him directly. Copywriting is not part of this package.
On which platform the website will be hosted?
Your website will be hosted on the Wix platform, which has an amazing back-office capability for businesses, and also inexperienced people can manage it easily.
Does the daily schedule fixed or can be changed?
The published schedule can be flexible and changed according to the flow of work.
What if I’m not happy with the result?
Before booking this retreat, you’ll get samples of Eran’s design work and visual language. If you will feel it is right for your business, then the chances you be unhappy with the results are small.

Booking and Cancellations

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of €500 is to be paid upon registration. The remaining balance to is be paid fully 60 days before your arrival day, in one payment or 3 installments.

Cancellation notification less than 60 days before the date of arrival: full refund minus 10% registration fee. Cancellation notification less than 45 days prior to arrival: 50% refund. Cancellation notification less than 30 days before the date of arrival or no-show: no refund.

In the event of any future forced lockdowns/regulations that will cause cancelations of our Retreats, your payment will turn into a stored credit and you will get a one-year voucher to re-schedule your arrival.

The payment does not include airline tickets, transportation, car rental, travel insurance, and personal expenses.
