If you missed a session you can see the session video next day.

Every Wednesday 15:00-17:00 there is an open hour with Anat.

We will send you every Wednesday the cooking list for Friday.

Find the right spot in your house to the daily practice.

Prepare Yoga mat, Blanket, Notebook & a pen for every session

Technicalities to do before starting

Download Zoom to your computer or mobile phone, and make sure it works.
