While going into my retreat at Gaia, I didn't have a lot of expectations. But the whole experience, from yoga classes to hospitality and food, made me fall into love with this place. The slow-mo yoga classes by Bea focused a lot on physical and mental well-being. The rooms and common area were spacious and super clear. The vegan food was carefully and lovingly prepared by Eran. I can't thank them both enough for this completely rejuvenating experience.

It was my first Yoga Retreat at the Gaia Retreat Hause. I had a wonderful and inspiring stay, with great people and good conversations! The atmosphere was very warm and cozy.
The yoga classes were personal and perfectly tailored to the participants. The food was delicious and was cooked with a lot of love by Eran, the host.
It was a great time to focus on myself, to recharge and find back to my inner balance.
