When we quiet the inner movement of the mind, we enter the life field, our mind is clear, our body is happy, our heart is right and the sky is the limit.
This retreat is a multi-layer experience of meditation in sitting, standing, walking, dancing, relaxing, eating, working, relating, and creating your life! Find your freedom to observe your struggles and discover your gifted energy behind them.
The meditation practice will be supported by yoga to prepare the body for sitting, to prepare the mind to rest, with breathing, pranayama, and concentration practice. Finding our nature of an empty mind and practicing different ways throughout the day!
The retreat is fit for all levels, great for the ones that commit them-self to free out from stress and achieving greater inner peace, health, love, relationship, inspiration, creativity, and freedom to be where ever they are with their full heart.

Our Team
Anat Feingold
A yoga and meditation teacher, health coach and spiritual guide, certified in Yoga Vidya Germany after learning the deep meditative approach of Vijnana Yoga and Yoga Therapy.
What does yoga mean for me?
Yoga means Union, a union between our divine self (our full potential) and between our reality, the essence of yoga is living our potential. What we all are longing for and here for!

Ytamar
Ytamar is a certified 200h and 300h YTTC from Spain, and India. He started practicing meditation when he was eighteen years of age, mainly from a spiritual perspective. Then after he studied many spiritual traditions, and came to the conclusion that they all teach the exact same thing at the core.
Later, he got interested in yoga, especially traditional yoga, or as a mystic calls it, "Antar Yoga". "Antar" means inner, so it is a practice that focuses on our spiritual side but does not forget the exterior nonetheless.
He is an Old and gentle yogi with a great passion for sharing his knowledge, however small it may be.

"Life changing experience!"
I've been to retreats in the past but this was the most amazing experience I've ever had. Peace and kindness were the marks of the days. The yoga and the fellowship were great, and the food was simply delicious. Can't wait to go back.
