This Retreat is a dedicated time for your well-being: to explore your vitality, connect to your inner power and tap into your joyful self. Yoga is supporting the body to reach its potential healthy state, releasing physical and emotional blockages and energizing life.


During the retreat, we learn to observe ourselves from the perspective of a quiet mind, moving through our personal intentions, grounding, and awareness. 

Fits all levels. Yoga styles: Hatha Yoga, Vijnana Yoga, Yoga Therapy.

A yoga and meditation teacher, health coach and spiritual guide, certified in Yoga Vidya Germany after learning the deep meditative approach of Vijnana Yoga and Yoga Therapy.
