INGREDIENTS
For the base
1 glass of dried dates
2 spoonfuls of cacao powder (raw if possible)
1.5 glass almond flour
0.5 spoonful of cinnamon powder
1-2 spoonfuls of water (if required)
For the top
0.5 glass of melted coconut oil
0.5 glass of creamy almond butter
0.5 spoonful of vanilla extract
0.3 glass of agave or maple syrup
STEPS
For the base
Put all the ingredients in a bowl (then use a high-speed blender) or in a food processor and mix it until you feel it becomes sticky a bit.
Add the water if you feel it is required.
Transfer the Mass into a pan (recommended square) after you have placed in it a backing paper. Then spread it well until you cover all edges. The more even you make it the more beautiful the cake will be.
For the Top
Blend the almond butter with the agave/maple & vanilla.
Add the coconut oil and mix them all until it gets smooth and creamy.
Place it over the base you have made in the pan
Freeze for about 3 hours.
Before serving, put it out for 5-10 minutes.
You can add cinnamon or cracked almonds on top.
