For the base

  • 1 glass of dried dates

  • 2 spoonfuls of cacao powder (raw if possible)

  • 1.5 glass almond flour

  • 0.5 spoonful of cinnamon powder

  • 1-2 spoonfuls of water (if required)

For the top

  • 0.5 glass of melted coconut oil

  • 0.5 glass of creamy almond butter

  • 0.5 spoonful of vanilla extract

  • 0.3 glass of agave or maple syrup

For the base
  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl (then use a high-speed blender) or in a food processor and mix it until you feel it becomes sticky a bit.

  • Add the water if you feel it is required.

  • Transfer the Mass into a pan (recommended square) after you have placed in it a backing paper. Then spread it well until you cover all edges. The more even you make it the more beautiful the cake will be.

For the Top

  • Blend the almond butter with the agave/maple & vanilla.

  • Add the coconut oil and mix them all until it gets smooth and creamy.

  • Place it over the base you have made in the pan

  • Freeze for about 3 hours.

  • Before serving, put it out for 5-10 minutes.

  • You can add cinnamon or cracked almonds on top.
