VEGAN YUMMY CAKE (Raw)
For the base
1 glass dried dates
2 spoonful of cacao powder (raw if possible)
1.5 glass almond flour
0.5 spoonful cinnamon powder
1-2 spoonful of water (if required)
For the top
0.5 glass of melted coconut oil
0.5 glass of creamy almond butter
0.5 spoonful of vanilla extract
0.3 glass of agave or maple syrup
Put all the ingredients in a bowl (than use a high-speed blender) or in a food processor and mix it until you feel it become sticky a bit.
Add the water if you feel it is required.
Transfer the Massed into a pan (recommended square) after you have placed in it a backing paper. Than spread it well until you cover all edges. The more even you make it the more beautiful the cake will be.
For the Top
Blend the almond butter with the agave/maple & vanilla.
Add the coconut oil and mix them all until it gets smoothy and creamy.
Place it over the base you have made in the pan
Freeze for about 3 hours.
Before serving, put it out for 5-10 minutes.
You can add cinnamon or cracked almonds on top.
